ROB OSBORNE | Go Forth & Conquer

I'm Rob Osborne, and I want to conquer the world. Oh, and I produce this blog. It's my gift to you. Please, enjoy.

So a little bit about me. I'm an artist, a writer, a creative thinker, a runner, a husband, a father, and everything else. I draw cartoons, design things, make things go.

Are you interested in art? Living a life of adventure? World domination? Then you may like what's happening here.

The world is yours. Go forth and conquer!

Being greeted by your dog upon your return home can be supremely uplifting. Dogs are exuberant, bouncing off the walls just because it’s you. They dance, run, wiggle, and furiously wag their tail.

It’s you! You’re here! How long have you been gone? I have no idea, but I’m thrilled to see you! Wag wag wag! Happy dog dance! Pet me!

Your canine’s joy is contagious. You pet your pup. Your weariness ebbs. The pooch has perked you up.

Who’s my good doggy boo-boo? Good to see you too, Mr. Wigglebottom! Oh, did you miss me? I missed you too!

As Scott Adams pointed out yesterday, robots could quite easily provide a similarly joyous response. Bots could offer the fawning affection of dogs, and weasel their way into our hearts.

If robots become amiable companions like dogs, without chewing up our shoes or making number-two in the dining room, we’ll have met our conquerors.

Until then, we’ll hug our robots. Err, dogs. Dogs.

“Oh, Clark!” art print by Yours Truly. Hot from the studio!

This is the first art print in the Wonder Woman pop romance art collection. “Oh, Clark!” draws inspiration from master pop artist Roy Lichtenstein and redoubles the geek chic of classic comics art.

THE STORY: Wonder Woman is A strong, heroic woman, but she tears up at the thought of what could be with Clark! A fairy tale romance may be missed if they don’t take action on their feelings! The love story that you’ve always wanted, presented in glorious CMYK color! “Oh, Clark!”
