Work in progress. Inspired by It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, a poster promoting the gang “Wrestling For The Troops”. Fans will recognize the Birds of War, Da’ Maniac, the Trashman, and Desert Rose.
He was pop culture lightning in the wrestling ring. The Hulkster. New art.
New art inspired by the Ultimate Warrior. He gave a stupefyingly awesome interview. He pumped up the color and intensity of pro wrestling. He brought a cartoon-like charisma that electrified the television set. He was the Ultimate Warrior.
One year ago, today. Rest in peace, Macho Man.

Randy Savage was a flashy showman. A gritty entertainer. A professional wrestling champion. He delivered a supremely memorable sales pitch, suggesting we all “snap into a Slim Jim”.
